At 20 years old, Elijah has been involved in music since age 6. It started with the piano and he taught himself other instruments through his teen years. At 16, he started arranging and composing his own music.

He started playing bassoon at the end of 2022 and it’s definitely been one of his favorite instruments as it’s always been a childhood favorite of his.

On top of playing for the VTSO, Elijah is also the music director at his church and has responsibilities such as leading the choir, orchestra, and singing. 

Other hobbies he has are collecting and selling Pokémon cards and anything Kingdom Hearts.
